Also, it does not have anything to do with distribution lists, only. If the all calendar group is not on calendars (but in the folder list) you can restart outlook using the /resetnavpane switch but it will wipe out the favorites mail list.

If The All Calendar Group Is Not On Calendars (But In The Folder List) You Can Restart Outlook Using The /Resetnavpane Switch But It Will Wipe Out The Favorites Mail List.

Add or access the group calendar.

In outlook desktop some calendar groups appear empty while others have missing calendars.

Access New Groups By Selecting.

In the left pane, under groups, select the group you want to invite people to join.
